Requirements and materials

No prior knowledge of patternmaking is needed, but some experience in sewing will make it easier to follow the course.

The material list for this course includes a sewing machine, kraft paper, a long ruler, a set square, measuring tape, scissors, several meters of a fabric of your choice, thin, non-elastic cotton, interfacing, polyester thread, a metal zipper, a button, and other materials the teachers will outline in the course. You also need a basic shirt and your favorite pair of classic jeans.
